- Cancellation by the Invitee:
If you need to cancel a scheduled one-to-one meeting with Stefanos, please do so at least 48 hours before the meeting’s start time (email: info@stefanosdimoulas.com). This allows Stefanos to adjust his schedule accordingly. Please note that a 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made within this timeframe.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel the meeting with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend the meeting without prior notice (no-show), it will be counted as a completed session, and no rescheduling will be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule a meeting, please reach out to Stefanos at least 48 hours before the meeting’s start time (email: info@stefanosdimoulas.com), and he will do his best to accommodate your request based on his availability.
- Emergencies:
In case of unforeseen emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please communicate with Stefanos as soon as possible (email: info@stefanosdimoulas.com), and exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds:
Full refunds will only be issued in cases where Stefanos is unable to fulfill his commitment or rescheduling is not possible due to his unavailability. For any other cancellation reasons by the invitee, the refund will not be applicable.
