Shipping, Delivery, Taxes & Payments

All our shipping methods have tracking so make sure you check it before making a claim (note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers). Where and When – We offer international shipping. The shipping time depends on your location and your selected shipping method, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • USA: 10–20 business days
  • Australia: 15–25 business days
  • Japan: 15–20 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times. You could ​follow our normal product manufacturing and delivery times and add an additional time for shipping on top.

 

 

Handling/Order Fulfilment time – Most orders will ship out within 3 days of ordering.

 

 

Where your orders ship from – We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide but all our products are based in Europe and all our orders are fulfilled from our European location. That means that an order going out from our EU location to an end-address in EU will reach its destination in 7-14 days and will be exempt from customs duties. An order going out from our EU location to an end-address in non-EU regions will reach its destination in 10-20 business days and may be subject to customs duties.

Our on-demand order fulfillment company has two fulfillment centers in Europe: one in Barcelona-Spain, and one in Riga-Latvia. The Barcelona fulfillment center is located in Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95 and it serves the Western European market. The Riga fulfillment center is in a brand new facility next to the Riga International Airport and our shipping partners.

 

 

How the products are made – Fulfilment of orders on this store is handled by Printful, which is responsible for printing the designs onto the items you purchase. This is a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide but we have chosen the products based, printed and shipped in Europe from the European facility for quicker shipment methods and cost-effective processes.

Shipping Costs – Standard shipping costs are included in the product’s price. If you choose a special shipping method or if your shipping location is in an international destination, additional shipping costs will occur. See our shipping methods for more information.

 

 

Shipping Methods – Apart from the Standard Shipping method, our shop offers the best existing shipping method of Live Shipping Rates (live rates are carrier-calculated real-time rates), which allows Express Shipping (1-3 business days after fulfillment, fulfillment takes 1-3 business days). Live shipping rates are shipping price calculations made by the carrier at the time you are making a purchase. That means that you can pick and pay for the shipping method you prefer.

All orders shipping with an express delivery method will automatically be marked as priority in our system. Express Shipping may not be available for all destinations. Only the methods available for your particular address will show up at the checkout.

Usually, express shipments to Europe require a contact phone number. It’s a requirement to add your customer’s number so the carrier can get in touch with them to arrange the delivery. Make sure you add your phone number when you checkout on our store.

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

 

 

Custom charges – An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international – non-EU orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Domestic taxes should be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

 

 

Special shipping costs for select European countries – Shipping costs are subject to factors like deliverability and industry trade organizations. Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organizations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.

Currently, these European countries have separate shipping rates:

  • Iceland
  • Liechtenstein
  • Norway
  • Switzerland*

Payment Methods – We accept PayPal, Stripe, Debit and Credit cards.

Tip: You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay via Paypal – you can pay directly with your card without signing up.
